ABOUT ME/OWNER/DIRECTOR
OWNER/DIRECTOR
Hello to All, my name is Kristin Kimble, 40 years of age, two wonderful children, and a dog named Bella. It was always my dream to own my on Daycare. I love children. I have always felt the need to serve others. Operating a childcare business requires day in and day out commitment and that level of commitment is near impossible to sustain if you’re not passionate about what you do and have a good team working with and for you. As a dedicated and experienced daycare professional, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. With a Associate's Degree in early childhood education. I finished my Bachelor's Degree in educational studies in January of 2025 and 10+years of hands-on experience, I have honed my skills in creating engaging lesson plans, fostering positive relationships with children and parents, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
In addition to my educational background and experience, I possess a warm and nurturing personality that allows me to connect with children on a personal level. I believe in creating a positive and inclusive environment where children feel valued and empowered to explore their interests and abilities. My strong organizational skills and attention to detail enable me to effectively manage daily routines, ensuring a smooth and structured environment for optimal learning and growth.
I worked for ECISD for 6 years in the Life Skills setting, Step-Two-Program and finished in DAEP. I obtained my Behavior Technician while working with kids on the Spectrum. I also worked at Texana as Vocational Hab Trainer working with adults with intellectual disabilities. It is my passion and my purpose to serve the needs of kids the best I can.
I am the Proud Owner of LITTLE UNICORNS’ DAYCARE. Unicorns are small but mighty. Unicorns stick together. Unicorns are rare, they are Amazing, Intelligent, Unique, Exceptional, one of a Kind. The unicorn is a symbol of purity, innocence and power. As I see every child and anyone who works for me. It takes a village to raise, teach, and instruct children. I hope you are all enthusiastic, compassionate, ready to teach and assist the parents who trust us to help develop their children. This is just not a daycare, we are here to protect, develop, keep our students safe, and unharmed. WE BELIEVE IN PRAYER. WE BELIEVE IN GOD. WE BELIEVE IN GRACE.

Give youth opportunities to develop leadership and decision-making skills. After-school programs provide a supervised setting for children during non-school hours, offering a mix of academic support, recreational activities, and enrichment opportunities. Inclusion Classroom.
This classroom was designed to include students with disabilities, impairments, and special needs in age-appropriate, general education environment so they can learn among their peers. We understand that parents must work and cannot just leave work every time their child is in behavior. So, we have developed the room to Promote acceptance, reduce bullying, create opportunities for new friendships and provide equal access. Some of the benefits of inclusion for children with (or without) disabilities are friendship skills, peer models, problem solving skills, positive self-image, and respect for others. This can trickle down to their families as well, teaching parents and families to be more accepted of differences. Inclusive classrooms value diversity and the unique contributions of each student. They help students feel safe and have a sense of belonging. Exclusion can fuel fear of difference, while inclusion promotes acceptance. Exposing students to a variety of perspectives and cultural backgrounds can help them become more open-minded and better able to understand topics. Inclusive classrooms ensure that all students have access to general education, technology, and learning content. Inclusive teaching practices can help reduce the impact of prejudices in society. Students without special needs can benefit from participating in activities with peers with special needs, and learn to respect others and accept differences.
